Why if transferring money from Microsoft to paypal not a thing? Its like if i accidentally pay too much and want some of it but, oh wait i cant its stuck their in my Microsoft account. PLEASE MAKE THIS AN OPTION!!! 🙂
Hello cooldood9575,Unfortunately, I don't think there is a way to transfer PayPal money to Microsoft Account currency. You would either have to use the Microsoft Account money, or your PayPal money.Sorry for the inconvenience!
Microsoft account credit is just that, account credit which you've purchased to use at a later date towards a transaction on the Microsoft store. It is however not a currency for exchanging back and forth, so it probably won't ever be an option to withdraw credit to your paypal.
Rewards nor game companies are a bankCommon use common senseThe only way to transfer money back is for a refund and ONLY TO the original purchasing method if they dont you can then sue for refund fraud and winPaypal doesnt work that way legallyAnd if you DIDNT knowPaypals refund policy is worse You ask for a refund to your payment method unless its ebayIt takes 3 months to return ti your paymentr methodIf it is rewards then no it stays on your account
Hi Lwals62,If you believe you paid too much for something you can always try to request a refund. You can find more info on how to do that by going here: https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/subscriptions-billing/manage-subscriptions/digital-goods-subscriptions-refundHope that helps!
other than the suggestions already given please make sure to read the confirmation messages given to you on screen, if you dont want to go ahead with a purchase please press back. you could also check your payment options on their own settings to see if you can set up payment limits so you dont accidentally spend too much.
